Step-By-Step Transaction Details

Step 1: Take the initial loan application from your client or direct your client to fill out the application online.
Step 2: You set your fees - You choose how much you would like to make on each transaction.
Step 3: Your Transaction Coordinator will assist you in determining the programs your client qualifies for and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4: Choose a property.
Step 5: Obtain client signatures on the printed application and disclosures. Instruct your clients as to what paperwork they must assemble according to the requirements of the loan program they have chosen.
Step 6: Turn in the above paperwork to our professional processing team and sit back!
Step 7: Your processor will order the appraisal and title report.
Step 8: Your processor will work with you to gather any additional or missing documentation from your client.
Step 9: Your processor submits the loan package to the lender for underwriting and works with the underwriter to get the loan approved.
Step 10: Once the loan is approved, your processor clears any conditions.
Step 11: Loan Docs are sent to title and your deal funds.
Step 12: You receive your check.
